|Alberto Llaneza Martín, CEO
Alberto holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University (Madrid). He started his professional career in the Financial Markets area of Argentaria (now BBVA) within the International Equities team. He continued his experience at UBS Warburg Madrid in the European Equities team to move then to London, where he developed during almost 10 years his career in Derivatives and International Equities -first at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and then in SociétéGénérale CIB (both as head of the Iberian area for Equities and Derivatives)and lastly in HVB Unicredit, where he headed Iberia and Latam-. Since 2012 he commands Audentia Capital as founder and CEO. Chairman of the Board and member of the Investment Committee, he is also the Portfolio Manager of Artemisa Fund.
|Patricia Van Ossel, COO and Board Member
Patricia holds a double degree in Business Administration by the ICADE University (Madrid) and the Cesem Management School (Reims, France). Her professional career started in Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, first in the Real Estate Structured Finance area and in a second stage in Leverage Structure Finance. After 9 years working in the Bank, she decided to move to Unibail-Rodamco, the leading listed Real Estate Company in Europe and the third largest in the world, within the Construction team. She is actually COO and Board Member of Audentia Capital Sicav Plc.
|Frank Chetcuti, Board Member
He co-founded CDF Advocates (Malta) in 1993. After 3 years focused in financial services, taxes, data protection, EU and International law, he spent 6 years as co-head of Bank of Valletta plc Compliance Unit, returning to CDF Advocates in 2002. His experience includes financial product development, international financial transactions and financial regulation and has worked on behalf of banks, fund managers, investment funds and insurance companies. He holds a Law Doctorate and a Master in Financial Services from the University of Malta and an International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities and Investment Institute (London). He is actually member of the Board of Audentia Capital Sicav Plc.
|Hugo Merida, Investment Committee Member
Hugo holds a Master degree on Finance by ICADE and a degree in Business Administration by the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid and by the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He developed most of his financial career at BBVA performing different trading roles within the Global Markets Division (from Short Interest Rate derivatives’ trader to Head of Equity Risk Arbitrage or more recently Head of Equity Trading Asia, based in Hong Kong). He is now Founder and Managing Director of MVM Capital Gmbh, an International Corporate Finance Advisory Boutique based in Frankfurt. He is also member of the Advisory Board of Round Hill Capital for its Spanish and Portuguese Real Estate Investments. Since 2014, we are honored to have Hugo as part of Audentia Capital’s Investment Committee.

Dr Simon Grima, PH.D (Melit.), MSc (BCU), B.Com (Hons), FFA, FAIA (ACAD), is the Head of the Insurance Department, a Lecturer in the department of Banking and Finance within the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta and the President of the Malta Association of Risk Management. He lectures in the areas of Financial Services, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Management and Financial Services Regulations. His research and consultancy expertise is focused on Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance in the Financial Services Industry. Smon has an impressive experience in Banking, Insurance, Accounting, Fund Management, Fund Administration, Treasury, Internal Auditing, Risk Management, Investments, Risk and Audit committees. He is currently member of the Investment Committee and MLRO of Audentia Capital Sicav Plc.
