Malta as a Financial Centre

Our legal structure is based in Malta, a country member of the European Union and the Euro, with a stable legal regime and a very attractive tax frame.

  • Malta is one of the most attractive financial hubs in Europe. Since 2004 it is a member with full rights of the European Union and has the Euro as its currency since 2008.
  •  As a result of their Anglo-Saxon influence, Malta has developed a very attractive legal environment for business. In particular the Financial Regulator, the MFSA (“Malta Financial Services Authority”) is one of the most advanced in the Continent, integrating under one roof, both the investment and financial supervision.
  • All this, together with cost competitiveness and an excellent network of Double Tax Treaties with major countries (over 60 already signed), makes it a financial hub, attractive worldwide.
